Since 1995, the BIOSWING Posturomed® has been the cornerstone of your success in sensorimotor prevention and training. To mark its 25th anniversary, we are introducing a trainer to complement the Posturomed®: the BIOSWING BalanceCoach iQ!
The BIOSWING BalanceCoach iQ is a software-controlled, intelligent training system with an integrated virtual trainer.
The movement quality of the person training on the Posturomed® is monitored using specialized pressure sensors on the training platform, which graphically display the center of pressure (COP) in real time. Using a camera, the trainee can see themselves on the screen positioned in front of them and receives immediate visual feedback on their exercise performance. Additionally, the trainee can see their virtual trainer demonstrating the exercises, which the trainee should perform simultaneously. Each of these coordination exercises is tailored to the individual’s performance level, ensuring an optimal training challenge.

The system is delivered as a complete package and is quick and easy to install. The pre-assembled Posturomed® 202 serves as the base, on which the pressure distribution measurement plate is placed and connected to the stand unit.

The zebris® pressure distribution measurement plate is specifically designed for use with the Posturomed®. It is clearly divided into a central training area and navigation areas on the left and right.

The Posturomed® training device features a training surface that can move in all horizontal directions and is adjustable to three levels (fixed and two oscillation amplitudes).
The pressure distribution measurement plate is placed on the pre-assembled Posturomed® and connected to the stand unit. The only setup requirement is ensuring the stand unit is positioned frontally at a distance of 1.5 meters. The nearly fully-equipped stand unit only requires attaching the panels and mounting the screen, which is then connected—ready to use!
